Shoppetal.com ships to anywhere in the United States. We are not able to ship to International destinations at this time.
We ship via UPS and will include a tracking number with your invoice with an email as it departs our

UPS GROUND SHIPPING IS $10.00. THIS IS WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.IF YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, WE WILL ADD $5.00 TO YOUR ORDER.

Orders received before 3pm Monday thru Friday will be processed with 24-48 hours. This time will vary based on product availability and credit card authorizations. Please note that this time excludes any orders placed on Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day-except for Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
PRE-ORDERS-
Please look at all delivery dates for pre-orders before making a purchase. Pre-orders will go out 48 hours after they have been received at Petal in Charlotte, NC. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm shipment of your item.
You will be charged at time of purchase for all Pre-orders. Discount codes are NOT available on any pre-order item.
SALES TAX-
Sales tax will only be charged to those residents who live in the North Carolina. This is where the only brick and mortar Petal store is at this time.
