All unworn or unaltered merchandise will gladly be returned for an online store credit within
10 days of receipt of goods. Ten days starts from the day that you receive your package. The return package must be postmarked before the ten days are up.

Please Note-if any item(s) returned appear to have been worn or have any tears, snags(in the fabric) or broken zippers-your item will not be accepted. The item or items will be returned to you and you will have to pay the return UPS bill. An online store credit can be used tp purchase online or in store. If you live in the Charlotte, NC area you may opt for an in-store credit at Petal. Your online store credit does not expire, to place an order-kindly email your items that you would like to purchase to
info@shoppetal.com and we will credit your purchase with the store credit. If there is a balance left after the credit is applied then we would call you to get further payment before the order is shipped. Please note-shipping will Not Be Refunded for any reason.
All returns MUST have the Original tags from time of purchase and be accompanied by the invoice or copy of original invoice.

Shoppetal.com recommends that you insure all packages to avoid loss or theft of merchandise. Please keep your tracking number with you at all times. Petal requests that items are returned via UPS not USPS because you will risk the package being lost. If you choose to ship USPS-Petal is not responsible for lost or stolen returns from our mailbox.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of any returned merchandise.
Please note on your invoice if you would like an exchange, online store credit or full refund(excludes original shipping costs). Your return will be processed within 10-14 Business days upon receipt of the package at Petal in Charlotte, NC.
